The T*ash Wants to Live Chapter 31 Discussion

For me, this novel is just alright. I'm not heavily invested in it but I do come back every time there is a new chapter.

A lot of people seem to have an issue with the characters but personally I find them inoffensive. They are a bit two-dimensional but I find their interactions amusing enough that I can forgive it a little. Our main character in particular has some strong moments Spoiler

For example when he tells off his cousin for essentially harassing one of the female characters - he makes some really satisfying remarks.

But of course he has some weaker moments too Spoiler

to be blunt, he's very dense and it doesn't help that all of the characters essentially baby him all the time.

I did see the shounen ai tag when I started reading but I thought it'd veer more into the ORV direction where there is a lot of action and some dashes of BL but I can quite confidently say it's the opposite Spoiler

in the latest chapter (31), MC has just gotten the power to 'borrow' someone else's ability by kissing them and of course most of the cast members are male. Also, there isn't really too much action in this story but it has picked up more in the latest chapters.

Overall, I'd say it's a good read if you come into it with lower expectations lol. I still enjoy it enough that I plan to continue reading it but it's definitely not a priority read.
