i think....I'm in the mood to read stories where perseverance and s*xual harassment can't make the person you like reciprocate your feelings, hence the low rating. MC forcefully kissed ML and kept harassing him and it's just not great, man. MC even said sth like ML had the right to agree or disagree but he couldn't stop MC from chasing him.
