Leaving this review after reading the latest update.

1. PLOT - The premise is nothing new but I like where the story is going. I also like that Spoiler

Sasha is able to see comments from the novel through his dreams from time to time. This made the story unique from countless novels with a similar plot.

2. NARRATION - For the first few chapters, the narration had a bedtime story vibe — or at least it felt that way to me. The frequency of time skips in the beginning is understandable since it's clear that the author wanted to show only the important scenes but consequently, it didn't make me feel attached to the characters including the MC.

3. THE MC - Most MCs that got transmigrated into a villain's body often act the opposite and do good deeds to avoid death but Sasha isn't like that. Just as the title says, he remained a villain and committed fully to his villainous character; albeit, he still maintains a line he shouldn't cross — like messing with Edward's foster family or berrating him even further when Edward's at his weakest. Sasha is cunning, sly, clever, and doesn't back down even in the face of adversity. He knows his face is a living legend and he uses it well. He's a good actor; he deserves an Oscars award. When he puts his mind to something getting done, he makes sure to finish it till the end.

4. THE ML - He's a bit possessive but he genuinely cares for Sasha's well-being. Despite Sasha's villainous acts, Edward still remembers Sasha's teachings and his occasional good deeds when he was still at the Marquis' manor. Even their handwriting are similar. There was a scene that Edward was at his weakest and is probably deprecating himself but when Sasha scolded him, the light in Edward's eyes came back. As a reader, I could infer that Edward sees Sasha as his role model and a person he admires. I'm not sure yet whether Edward is aware that Sasha helped him discreetly from time to time but it seemed to me that he thinks of Sasha as a strong pillar of support despite his villainous acts... or maybe Edward doesn't realize this yet. After all, by chapter 34, Edward hasn't realized his feelings towards Sasha.

5. CHARACTERS - Aside from Rio, there aren't really that much supporting characters that are given screentime. Rio, the Young Duke, is not that fleshed-out yet. I like how the "friendship" between Sasha and Rio is progressing though.
