This is a surprisingly good novel. It definitely deserves a proper translation. I first checked out this series by reading the bit of manga that's out and absolutely loved the story so I tried reading the novel. It's not too different from the manga; the MC is a bit more of a chatterbox (in his head) in this version but that's fine. I just wish we had a good translation of it somewhere. All that's out right now is something on par with slightly edited machine translated stuff, and it's only up to chapter 32.
