The characters are ok, plot is ok, romance has 0 logic to it, and honestly MC, while being smart, is also extremely annoying. It seems like they wanted to give him a feeling of a demigod, while making him turn into a man child almost every time he communicated with ML. He is never truly “evil”, nor he tries to be.Spoiler
Yes, he bullies ML. Yes, he bullies others. But at the end of the day, it is nothing too serious for others, and for ML... author just turns it into s*x scenes.
[collapse] Besides, I don’t think ML would ever feel anything for MC if it wasn't for constant flashbacks from previous lives. Tbh, the reviews set expectations a little bit too high for me; The ML is typical boring obsessive top who falls for MC for, well, basically nothing, and MC is your typical “cunning” character, who instead of being truly scary or powerful is just being constantly sexualized. But hey, it is quick transmigration novel, and I rarely read at least something remotely good. So yeah, 4/5, although honestly 3.2/5
