So as much as I was enjoying this I was super confused by its similarities to A Case of Transmigrating as a Sick Villain. Thankfully I finally noticed the translator's note. Apparently this is a fanfic ver of the story and has a different ending. How curious.I do find it strange that a fanfic seems so similar though. Like I read the first chpt of A Case and the only real difference were the characters' names. Also there's a scene in the story that is exactly the same as A Case's synopsis, again just with different names. Considering this is supposed to have a different ending, has less chpts, and doesn't have a reverse harem tag I'm hopefully the stories diverge quickly. It just feels weird.
