Okay so I am very confused. First off, I've read all up to ch 10 which is available for this.However I noticed in recommendations there is the novel "A case of transmigrating as a sick villain". The names are all Korean, but the chapter content and summary are all within this novel.So?? Is one Novel being copied word for word by a different author?? Or do they have two alts to publish it in Korea and China??? Can someone tell me what the heck is going on. I don't want to potentially follow a novel if it's plagiarised Edit: the reviewer above has the answers!! A fanfic... that nearly follows it word for word but uses the Chinese names....I won't lie, it makes me worried how the author's, writing will be once they do diverge the plot because we haven't seen anything that's actually their own yet.
