It's as the tags describes. And the plot revolves around the obsessive love interests working together to confine him at any cost. There's no sense of camaraderie between the love interest unless it concerns the Protagonist.There's tons of drama, and a lack of common sense from the Protagonist. He's in denial of his new reality, despite there being circumstantial clues... Not a bad story, but if you want to save yourself the angsty heartache- I'd suggest reading. "Transmigrated to a Female-Oriented Card Game" instead.
