TL;DR:

Abandon all hope, ye who considers reading this. The "story" sucks and is riddled with cliches. But, if you like cliches and are fine with turning off your brain, go ahead. Treat it as mindless slop, and you will be rewarded with some dopamine.

If you've read the other reviews, you've gotten a good idea about why this novel sucks as a story. It falls far short of anything that could considered a masterpiece; really, this is a bundle of cliches wearing a trench coat and trying to pass off as logical storytelling. So if you're wanting to critically read, dissect, and savor a novel, this isn't for you. If you attempt to do so, you'll find yourself back on the series finder, questioning how low you've had to stoop if this is all that's left. If you haven't reached that point yet, turn back.

If you've accepted that this is, in fact, all that's left, and that you have, in fact, stooped this low, this is for you. This is slop. But, for all of its flaws, it's still something to enjoy. You might not like it; you might even hate it. But, you can enjoy it, so long as you turn your brain off. If you, at some level, like cliches, then wowee! This has them all! And, its translation isn't shit! It's good edited mtl, a plus considering how some of the good novels here aren't even edited and end up as pronoun gumbo.

This isn't a fancy gourmet meal. What this is, however, is a filling, greasy burger which could probably get a health inspector called. Waiting for you are several cliche-ridden, harem-filled chapters where the MC has to come to terms with how EPIC and AMAZING and INCREDIBLE he is and how all of the harem members are HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE people and should be sorry for existing within 100 meters of our oh-so pitiable tragic MC. But - nobody's watching you. If you want to chow down on this shitshow of a novel, then by all means, do so. This may be nothing but a guilty pleasure, but who cares? Nobody's watching you, so why feel guilty?
