Very underwhelming so far, all reasons to hate the MC are so nonsensical. For example his childhood friend for most his life just left him and despised him because his sister told her side of the story (if you can even call it "her side of the story"). That's all it took for her to leave her friend who stuck with her when she was at her weakest, really, just talking apparently. Didn't even bother to try to ask for his side of the story even though they've been friends forever and should know his character, but nope just one talk with his sister and he's a liar. That's just one character, his family have even far less logical reason to dislike their own talented son, and don't even get me started on his swordsman teacher. It just seems like the author can't bother to build up actual reasons to hate the MC, because honestly how can people who spent time with the previous body not know his character is like, but one bad thing happened and all of a sudden you're some as*hole who is the biggest villain in the world. Its just lazy writing, and that's saying something in a genre of villain body swap. At least give me more logical reason for people around him to actually hate him rather than this BS where everyone in that world seems to have extensive trauma to the head.
