This novel is my healthy drug. For those new readers who have read bad reviews, I really suggest that you read the novel first.I'm not really good at doing reviews, but for the sake of my love for this novel, I will try my best.As a reader, I admit that the early chapters of the novel are kinda boring, it also made me dropped the novel for a while after reaching chapter 30, but I'm glad that I pick it up again and persevere in reading, and that's when I figured out that I've pick up a hidden gem.The plot is cliche with the transmigration one, however if you read more then you'll realize just how well thought and unique the plot of this novel is. The author, oh my goodness, I really love the author! She is a god of foreshadowing just like what the other reviewer said. The things that you have read in the earlier chapters that you have neglected and think of as nothing actually hold a significant value on the later chapters! The backstory of the MC is something that make the readers anticipate and curious, the author really did a good job at that one, unlike the other novels that dropped the MC's backstory at the start, the author takes their time in revealing Cale's past. Drops of hints would appear as sentences in chapters that will make you really question just what kind of past does the MC have? It's one of the aspects of the novel that I really love, it makes the readers think every kind of scenario just so they could guess what is the MC's backstory. The side characters aren't neglected at all, they have their own character development and you see it on every line on the chapters. Another thing I like is the positivity in the novel and the comedy. They are not forced, they come so naturally while reading, and I guess it is also because of this that the emotions strike deeper when you read the novel. This novel doesn't have romance, however every interactions of the characters, especially when Cale interacts with children, are wholesome. Very wholesome, especially when the little dragon enters. The trust, the camaraderie between the characters are something else. Yes, like other novels they're camaraderie formed due to situations that involve life and death, however...I'm really not sure how to describe it, call it being bias, but the camaraderie in this novel is in another level. All in all, before you believe those bad reviews that haven't even read at least half of the chapters in the novel, you should first read this novel, because you don't know what you'll miss when if you don't.
