Honestly I would say this is the most well planned novel I've ever read. It had a goal, it knew what it wants to do and just focus on it, it had enough world building that it didn't feel too bare boned, it didn't over expand to many other things, it spoils enough info that readers don't feel lost but make the story too predictable. You can see where the author is going, where the author skipped on the world building, where the author decide to focus their time. Like you get these subtle double speak and word dance, and it's really interesting (if you're interested with them). And it have these kind of mixed storyline. Where it used part of the supposed story from the game to make an entirely new story.
