Kaelula have much more experience that time. Gally martial art technique has the greatest advantage when the enemy is cyborg, it is almost impossible for Gally to lose at this point when against most of cyborgs. Panzer Kunst is specifically a technique to fight against cyborgs. However, Kaelula is not a cyborg that’s why Gally will definitely lose that time, and because she still lack experience.
