The Resplendent Farming Apothecary Chapter 76 Discussion

Reminds me of Pampered Consort of the Fragrant Orchard - the talent FL transmigrates into a body with a fiercely protective older brother and abusive step/parents, fights back and makes life better for herself. Both this and PCofFO are similar in tone; having an historical setting but not being strictly historically accurate.

The chapters are short and the plot, while not dragging, is moving slowly, but some initial observations:

• • the FL having a "space" is a really big cheat.

• • her brother doesn't realise his younger sister has been replaced (this is common, but after seeing the brother in PCofFC realise and accept his "new" younger sister, I feel like it was a missed opportunity)

• • the twist with the ML is interesting.

• • we all know the identity of the FL but watching it come to light will be painful as there are (I foresee) bound to be many many missed chances/timings

Overall, this story is average and readable with nothing to make you put it down in disgust nor be unable to put it down.

EDIT: So I dropped this, and I don't really remember why (in fact I remember almost nothing about it) but I'm betting it had something to do with the FL's true identity and the fact that I just couldn't be bothered to read through (probably) 50 chapters of misunderstandings :/
