The novel is great!Unfortunately, I have to end this prematurely cause I can't bear to see the side-characters' pain, the MC was lucky, or rather, she was the survivor who escaped most of bad things. The story is so realistic though. I wish that they don't have to go through with the torture and every bad thing I imagined won't happen, but I know those bad things are gonna happen.I don't hate Shen Xitong, Wu Qian, or the Yan siblings (they were annoying at some point, at most, because of the stalking behaviour). Their interference and bad intentions were really small compared to the horrors of what happened to Shen Qinlan as a child. The kidnapping scenes were horrible.The r*pe tag is no joke, not for the weak-hearted (like myself).
