In my opinion this is just a fantastic novel and deserves all the praise it gets. It sort of ignores regular genres and defines itself as its own work. The author did an amazing job at setting up the story at the start so that new and interesting characters could be brought in with reasonable back stories and strong potential opponents are just waiting in the wings with abilities that would worry anyone. I know a lot of people have some.. Questionable complaints about this story but to me they are either not valid complaints or they just didn't really think it through. To keep it short, if you are looking for an actual harem story with a thick revenge plot, this is not it. The novel does not follow any of the rules of traditional genres like I said above, if you are expecting something from this novel you will be disappointed. But, if you are willing to sit along for the ride and read the story as is, I think it's really hard to find to many faults in the story.
