So far, it's a good read. About some of the comments about the translations, it seemed fine to me, tho I might've fixed the errors in my head lol.

But the MC is really good at acting pure and innocent and using it to her advantage. Even the medicine is available to her easily, so she makes full use of everything around to get better. Waiting for the story to progress more.
