Slow start but gets good later on. If you're a normal person and don't have the patience to sit through hundreds of chapters to get to the "good part", then don't bother with this novel, you won't like it. But if you're like me and are willing to torment yourself with hours of mid writing to get to the good part, you'll love this novel because it will get REALLY GOOD later on. Things really start to pick up at some point during the 2nd year, and while the 2nd year definitely does have its ups and downs, the ups are really high and the downs are just mediocre, so pretty good overall. Though I can't imagine having to read some of the less interesting arcs at the speed the translators are translating at instead of just binging. So, if you're gonna read, read mtl otherwise you'll lost interest when they spend a month on a short boring arc that you could easily skim through in under 20 minutes. Nothing against reaper specifically, its just that most human translators are slow in general, which makes reading a pain most of the time.
