It's a pretty standard plot with the only significant difference - MC is more ruthless. Writing and pace are pretty good and these are the only reasons I'm still reading it

Why 3 stars? Because worthless world building and illogical characters. Also because op 5-7 years kids are bottom tier

1. Dude wants to save his sister but wholeheartedly accepts npc who according game plot is his sister enemy. He even teaches him secret techniques...

2. To prevent destruction of noble families kingdom forces nobles to have multiple heirs. And if they don't follow it - family can be destroyed. On top of it they don't care if one noble eradicates another noble family....

3. Armies are ret*rdedly small for no reason

4. 5 years old MC easily become head of the family. Because everyone thinks he is great....

5. In ~2 years MC is as powerful as knights training for decades. Two other siblings become as well... And it's not like you train faster in infancy. It's just that MC is soooo good for no reason.
