I didn't have to pay any money to read as of yet. So far was liking this slice of life type of story. For its genre I would say its in the upper middle tier, with MC's son being a highlight. I didn't really get why the rating wasn't any higher but the latest chapter I read ch 58 had this really uncomfortable scene where it's implied the main characters doing s*xual activities with each other, but they had there 4 year old child sleeping right next to them in the same bed, they then cover his eyes when he awoke to the noise patting him to go back to sleep. This lowered my rating significantly.
