Interstellar Spell Carder Chapter 24 Discussion

I was hoping that the hate that this novel was receiving in the reviews was overdone, I went in with very low expectations..... it still failed to meet them.

You really have to turn your brain off for this...

OK.... accepting that Chinese characters are magic.... why do the fonts matter? Makes no sense.

And then somehow throws in emotional state/state of mind/intent? So that implies that it might not be the characters at all but strong intent? Then why hasn't anyone else managed it? So there seem to be some logic issues.

Also, his stuff would be copied so fast since he apparently has no copy protection ability. And apparently they can inject spiritual power AFTERWARDS rather than during... it would indicate to me that it was ripe for automation with computers printing them out.

I think this author really wants to report people, and doesn't really think very deeply about their world setting. Needs an editor/sensible feedback.

As for reporting...

Maybe it's a translation thing... but several of the things he was 'reporting' were very very trivial...I can't imagine they would pass any kind of real test other than perhaps by a very limited and rigid artificial intelligence program. But perhaps in the original raw text it had a slightly different meaning? Hard to say....

It's also confusing when they say 'credit'.... it seems to be some sort of school demerit.
