MC is a Gary Sue. All rivals are s*upid and there for MC to face slap and make himself look good. All the confrontations so far were very wordy that it confirms my belief that people who knows how to talk (even bullshit) can bulldoze people and rule the world. For me, though the premise of runes cards in combination with mechas was a novel idea, the story quickly became dragging and repetitive. These villains were boring with day old memories, always coming back with the same routine to be face slapped into tears. There's no development of character, good or bad. Plus the MC and ML are too op that there's no room for development and the lovey dovey scene are kind of cringey, and not the good kind of cringey. So I am dropping this novel for a rainy day when I have nothing else to read.
