Super fun read! I like this kind of story where it's a blend of fantasy and comedy. It's similar to Player Hides His Past in that they're both OP + chuunibyou + their "character"'s past plays a big role.

Spoiler

Grandfell for Lee Hoyeol, "Gretchen" for Demon Knight. In both cases MC have knowledge gaps about the "character", and the "character" is really suspicious!

I like that the MC is thinking in terms of playing a game, but the "NPC" naturally view it as real life so MC looks really tragic and concerning.

For the reviewers saying that it's dumb that the MC still thinks it's a buggy game instead of isekai:

Spoiler

If you read between the lines, subtext implies that the MC is actually aware he is in isekai BUT he is in massive denial.

Which is understandable, bc who wants to think about losing the life you've made and risking death because your character setting is risky and life threatening? And MC is implied to have a sad back story as well.

MC may have a light hearted inner narrative but it becomes pretty clear he's constantly on the edge of a mental breakdown.
