I was optimistic about this novel. Not for long.At first MC seemd like a pretty smart guy, but his IQ dropped to negatives for plot reasons and for laughs.But the first thing that alerted me is that this novel is HEAVILY anti-abortion. MC knew that original owner died in childbirth and wanted to avoid it. Nope, in this world abortions are prohibited because childs life is precious. And fuсk the mothers feelings. The illegal doctor even guilt tripped MC: like it's his sacred duty to sacrifice himself for the child. When MC sait that both of them (MC and child) will die - so maybe try saving at least one of them? - "Doctors" reaction was: *shrug* "This sounds like a you problem. Now leave.".This was not a last straw. The last straw was what MC did afrter leaving.He thought that he can have a miscarriage after exercise, went to the main gate of a university, and started jumping up and down hoping that the child would fall out.What. The. Fuсk.I cannot beleive I read this with my own eyes. Just. Why. Why the author did it?Anyway, ML's both personalities are unlikeable, side characters are annoying so I dropped this novel like a hot potato.
