Well this was unfortunate. I wanted to like this. It's the general setting im looking currently looking for but it's just hard to read. The translating to start off with is pretty rough, especially with the second traslator. A lot of chapters are peppered with errors that you would easily catch if you gave it a quick proof read. Describing a character as a beautiful girl, the daughter of so and so, then immedietly calling them "he". You know the old machine translating pitfall. Words that weren't coppied all the way. That kind of stuff.

Also the author seems a bit... terrible. More than a few times I've been reading and have had no idea who was saying what. In my head it's almost like random characters are shouting things at eachother and it somehow forms something resembling a coherent conversation but never quite getting all the way there. The MC's has a personality of a living doll. He litterly just goes along with the whims of others and offers almost no resistance to any idea. The personality of the female lead changes.... without reason. Some of the events are just to abrupt and leave me with the feeling of "sure, this may as well happen". Sometimes, and by sometimes I mean to often, they will say they can't do something because of some trivial reason and in the very next chapter do that thing without any explination. A few times the author has tried out a few literary techniques but they were just not utilized well and only made the passage more convoluted. These are just a few of the things that slowly ate at my sanity.

Is it the worst thing I've ever read? Close but no, I still don't recomend it though. You can find similar stories with far better writing very easily. So, ya know, treat yourself. Spend an extra 10 min looking for something better, you will thank yourself in the end.
