there is a lot of questionable thing when you regress to a younger or even a baby. Even if your consciousness is an adult after all your brain is still that child one. Just like you can't stomach any food casually your way of thinking and memories should've also reduce at some point. But with all of this understanding I still find it hard to like the MC. She is a baby but even so, should she at least have a decent mindset to comprehend some details of live. When the Father ask her (a baby) to laugh, she did as the father told her too.
you are a baby ffs. Then come one year old that can comprehend the whole long sentence and even understand how to be shy in front of male when she want to go to bathroom and such, dangling around a diamond, bank note and such, this character are so awkward and weird at the same time. Even more the uselessness of the system, why did the author add this for, pretty much had no use in the story, and that was actually my last straw to not really have any hope for the character. Somehow I think the author just want to reduce MC brain for a childish lovely aspect while still add that purposes as an adult but fail completely on portraying it in the story. It's made the MC look awkward and s*upid at the same time. Let's not forget that she pretend to be a fool episodes, maan that was not even close to funny. As I said she is close to adult at the age of 18, even if she had never any contact with the real baby she should at least understand at the bare minimum how to act like it. Realistically the father suspicions was the most close to the real reaction when you see such a child, and the next stage should not be ignorance.

though I sti dislike some pint where the supposed to be ML and FL can't really lift up the hype. But since the MC and father interaction was hilarious, it's kinda overshadowed that let down.
