big ❤️ For Second life translations for their awesome work If I chose one word to describe this novel it would be TOXIC.I disliked both of the main characters but the female lead waaaaaaay way more she was in serious need of therapy. She seemed like she was dead inside with no emotions whatsoever and all she cared about what her fk ex.The FL had a past lover Spoiler

[collapse]whom she wasn't able to be with anymore and she couldn't move on from it for reasons that weren't even mentioned.She was the OBSESSED kind of ex :) she went after his brother (who was younger than her), a friend of hers and lastly for the ML and why you might ask? BECAUSE THEY LOOKED LIKE HER EX.I will mention a point here that bugged the sh*t out of me in this novel is how the author described the high similitude between the friend and the ML to the ex like how is that even possible and logical? The way it was mentioned in the novel as if its sooooooo noticeable and obvious that she was tryna go for them bc of the similar look they have. And to make it less believable, coincidentally she met TWO people at once who had that.🤪So because the FL found that they looked like her ex, she went ahead and dated them and bluntly lie to their faces saying she liked them while she only had the image of her ex in her eyes and all she felt was "guilt" but kept doing it and lying just to fill that gap she had.The author mention about how their relationship will play out later in the novel between breaks ups and finding each other again and I honestly passed that I found that I didn't enjoy the novel a bit and it was highly disturbing how a relationship this toxic was romanticized.
