The protagonist lack any ambition. He somehow want to be alchemist but everything that he did doesn't support his goal at all. He is a pushover. Anyone can literally order him around, if he didn't get any blessing by the Goddess he would be bullied to death on his second life. The author want to make a man out of the protag but he fail so miserably that anyone can tell that he is such a weak beta prog. Don't read this for the sake of your precious time. There's reason why this novel rated below 4.0
