Just gotta put it out there. The novel is about a 40 year old man who has no social skills in an isekai. Everything you will find annoying is because of that. Not in a cutesy, fun way you might expect in the medium. Like this guy misses social cues that indicates a person has deep seated issues and wonders what's the problem like he's a muppet. Like he can't put 2 and 2 together to get 4. Sure he has morals, but he has no agency or any beliefs. The author has to make villains cartoonishly evil or spiteful to progress the overarching plot, and the worship of the main cast is evident such that even the gods and higher beings act in their favor when they shouldn't.The story was better at the beginning with just the basics: crafting, exploration, and friendly people. But as the story progresses, the author attempts to overgear the cast such that events are trivialized and are treated more as a joke. Due to the lack of plot, the author uses the "harem" to push the protagonist to act when he doesn't wish to. This leads to frequent "dead zones" in the web novel where one could imagine readers of webtoons complain about pacing. They even pulled a Mikey on us.
