It's a standard academy story with a small twist. If you've read one, you basically know how it goes - guy gets isekai'd into an academy game/novel, replacing a minor villain/mob/protagonist, and ab*ses his foreknowledge to navigate the story amidst impending doom. The twist here is that he's inserted into an expelled character after the protagonist has already died, which forces him to be a bit more proactive rather than the common tendency for the inserts to fail to fade into the mob life. However, that doesn't really change that much in the story compared to the baseline academy story, with the main interesting point being how he actually manages to make his public reputation somewhat villainous, which most villain inserts sidestep.I can see some reviewers complaining about how much he's trying to stick to canon when it's already shattered to pieces, but irritation aside it does make some sense - using his knowledge to patch together something close to canon might reduce the chances of a nasty surprise ambushing him.Overall, the first 50 chapters at least set up a promising start, so I'd say this is a 5/5 if you enjoy academy stories and one or two stars lower if you don't.
