Pretty good story! I love silly little novels like this, and it definitely bordered on absurd at moments.I laughed quite a bit and had fun with it. Ning Chuchu is an interesting protagonist to read about since it's been a while for me where the main og FL has been the center of the story.Seeing her journey of being a green tea to someone who's forced to tell the truth is a fun one. Lots of face slapping, mindless people, etc.As for the romance, it was okay. I actually liked that they Spoiler
left room for it to grow at the end, where her purely financial based engagement was ended and the ML asked to pursue her.
[collapse]For Chuchu herself, some might be thrown off by her self-serving tendencies but honestly, loved that she knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid of getting gains for her benefit.Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try if you want a silly little mindless story.
