The story started out great but the longer it gets the less interwsting it becomes. The later chapters becomes repetitive and the focus is not on the supposed MC's.It might be because I'm used to danmei's where the story revolves on tye 2 MC's thats why the author's way of focusing on other characthers for many chapters makes it unappealing to me. The author often gives more POV to the secondary characthers than the main. Which makes one confused as to who is the story about.The characters are also quite flat. No visible development. Most of them depend on the transmigrator. Xiao Cai was often described as a business genius and he himself believes it, when in reality all of his business would have failed without LuLin coaching him eveytime he meets a blunder.Its annoying how the author focused more on the Xiao Cai couple instead of the MC's family. Even the MC's youngest kid, Dash, and the wife Xiao Mi is often forgotten.The romance is almost nonexistent😥
