[This is an edit to my rating. Idk how to change it but I'd give it a 4 star] The addition of "The Liar" kind of sniped it in the start. The game was hard to understand, even with the comments trying to explain. Thankfully it got better.Asids from that, there's also the MC and ML. I love them and could go on but for now I'll list some irks I have.1. It might be that the chapters aren't that long which makes the romance feel almost flimsy. Don't get me wrong, their interactions are very adorable and almost a "high school love" sort of affection but they really don't interact too much.2. We don't get much on the ML's side. Very sad. There is one chapter where we see an explanation of why and how he fell in love with MC but nothing more than that. And again, I really hate the reality TV show arc.3. Side characters. I feel like the more important characters are the MC's manager, ML, and MC. If you really want to, you can consider the MC's ex gf as an important character too. Other than that, no notable characters which makes me sad. I can't help but compare this novel to other entertainment novels such as Very Happy, Superstar Aspirations, and I Have Amnesia. Compared to those, rhis novel feels second rate. It has the potential but wasn't given the time it needed to shine.That's it for the complaints. Here are some things I loved:1. The romance between the MC and ML. When these moments really happen, it's insanely cute. The ML is respectable and very gentleman like as he gives the MC the space he needs. The MC isn't blindly rushing into the relationship despite his slight crush on the ML in their past life.2. The films. Searching for the Heavens, Rejuvination, and Cat and An Xuan. Though nothing revolutionary, both films have a decent plot that could garner thousands of fans. I'm particularly inclined to Cat and An Xuan because of the message it sends to viewers. And Rejuvination is a very sweet plot with no jealousy or relationship deteriorating fights.3. Relationships. Again, MC and ML, very cute. MC and his ex gf are like brother and sister. They ended their relationship cleanĺy and remain in a good relationship. MC and his manager's relationship is okay. Nothing too bad considering the situation the MC regressed to.All in all, It's not the best, not the worst, just decent.
