I didn't read the extra chapters. This is not a story of transmigrated into the book. And they're not siblings. The girl family adopted the boy. She didn't use any info she knows from the book nor she has any special skill from her last life. It's a cute love story. Spoiler
The girl is really dense and the boy has low self esteem issue and doesn't know how to communicate. I like the story after 45ish chapters. Fill with dog food.
