Short, sweet and if you think you have any idea what's going on, going in, you're wrong.

The author has done a fine job of developing the characters of the party in a very short space for each one. While there is not much text at all devoted to any one of them, you still feel that you know them and know about them by the end of the story. This is incredibly important because while the author does a great job of playing with Machiavellian/cut throat heroic party it's not enough without the characters coming off the page.

Bottom Line: A fun read well worth it.
