This novel is amazing, sure the actual writing is a bit choppy but for a translation of a Chinese novel it's pretty great. More than that though is the story itself, spoiler warning if you care about it, in the beginning the main character seems just like many other isekai/transmigration protagonists, a character that tries desperately to avoid their fated death through whatever means necessary. In this case that takes the form of her trying to get people to like her so they feel no need to kill her, however as the story moves on she gradually shifts from fighting for her survival to being able to live happily with her found family, she begins taking risks she never would have considered in the beginning as she grows more confident in her place in order to help the people she had first tried to use.Though the story is a bit hard to follow due to the translation it is a beautiful story about a character that is beginning to see worth in themselves and the world around them, and their growth as a person. Though I will admit it's a bit weird about feet.
