I'm really not sure what to think of this one.

The gender reversed power balance is handled fairly well and our MC has believable reactions to the world. The story itself is interesting and well presented, even if our MC and some of the events are rather extreme.

I could definitely do without the 18+ scenes and all the milk / udder references. That was almost enough to make me drop it.

Despite its flaws I do want to know what happens, but at the same time I'm glad I'm caught up and can put the novel on hold for a while.
