So far it's not bad. There's a lot of world building and exposition, but it's generally spaced out well within the plot of the story. Most of them are at least tangentially tied with whatever the MC happens to be doing at the time. The plot itself seems to move forward relatively quickly, but I think I think only in the last 10 or so chapters has there been character development (I'm on 46 as of this writing).

Like many reincarnation/isekai novels, the MC does start to introduce technology. Compared to others, this MC has at least a bit more justification for understanding the chemicals, processing, and manufacturing involved in creating those devices. He's a NEET at the start of the story, but he previously had some sort of science/engineering background prior to that. It's at least more reasonable than your average high school student knowing how to make gunpowder or make stainless steel (examples from other novels).

Translation quality is spotty. It's definitely not as bad as some MTLs i've tried to read, but it would definitely benefit from an editor. It's uncommon for a sentence to simply not make sense, but there are times when I think that based on the context the translator is mistaking an affirmative sentence as a negative ("you aren't" vs "you are, aren't you" kind of thing). There's also times when I think the speaker is mislabeled. Overall it's not that bad, but you should keep those things in mind while reading until the translator gets someone to go back and edit.
