Hakai no Miko Chapter 281 Discussion

It's a great story, Have great war building, and enjoyable army commanding.. The antagonists are real threat to the MC, and aren't easy to win like other novels.

I am dropping the novel tho Bec:

The MC never adapt to the world he is in nor evolve, there is foreshadowing that MC will evolve but again I have read 281 chap and yet to see that. He continues to be a wimp, a typical japanese cliché portrayed character that I find impossible to exist in real life. Lack any charisma and ambitions, I get this is part of his personality but it's not working for me.

The dialogue is weak in my opinion and very weird like I can't believe people end their phrase with" you can't kill him, you know". Maybe it's japanese lack of certainty in their speech. It's so bad.

The third problem is the author keep foreshadowing a dramatic action since the beginning of the novel, yet I have read 281 chapters and it still didn't happen but they keep foreshadowing and I am honestly tired of that. Common already if you going to do it, either don't tell in advance or don't take long to do it after foreshadowing.

he keep repeating the beast girl death and the breaking point over and over, yet he doesn't do it. It got on my nerves. Just do it, don't keep me worried about the scene but never delivering. I can handle if I was reading and she dies over this never ending teasing but never reaching the point
