It's unique and fun. MC lives the same day 100x and whether she admits to it or not, her personality has grown a little crazy. She is the NPC extra, only created by the game developers for one 'scary museum date' scene in the game. On June 9th she wakes up and heads to her art exhibit that will debut in the afternoon, during the showing the power goes out, and the main characters of the game cling to and flirt with each other, MC apologizes to the vistors and heads home. That is her only role and scene.
She has no future scene in the game, so she has no future, she only has one repeating day for the main FL to bring different MLs with the same lines. Living like nothing matters and anything you do will disappear, will push anyone into trying dangerous/curious actions, since tomorrow won't come there won't be repercussions to try what you couldn't.
So Pandora, our MC, decided to live a little crazier... and that's how she stumbled into this messy situation. Opening 'Pandora's box' while trying to break the 1-day curse she triggers something unknown and finds out the secrets of this world, and learns of her own story that the game developers never wrote.
As for the flow, ML sticks to MC pretty early on (or you could say MC sticks to ML) and the novel kicks off faster than you'd think. At chapter 25 we're already in the middle of saving an OG ML from a painting, and we've already learned a lot of hidden details about our characters and the current situation.
The world is written to show the highlights and lowlights, the mundane is removed.

ML is the cat painting MC drew.
She drew that painting full of emotions and treated it as a companion during her repeating days of loneliness. So ML grew up listening to MC and watching her complain, paint, eat, and suffer. MC told a lot to the painting (think of it like a man stranded on an island talking to a rock with a face painted on it), so ML knew about her repeating days and suffering. He saw her bring out the poison and finally broke free from the canvas to catch her when she fell unconscious. And that's the start.
But since our ML is adorable, he is as weak as he is cool. He pretends to be MC's doctor whose memories are reset each day to stay by her side, afraid that if MC discovers him she'll be disgusted and kick him out. So as much as he loves the attention and affection MC gives him, he hates that her emotions and actions are all for the doctor, not him.
Which is silly s*upid since MC immediately knew the stone-faced doctor had been exchanged for ML, she only calls him 'doctor' because she's afraid ML will leave when his cover is blown.
Also, they clear up the relationship situation on chapter 30, so at least we aren't chewing sweet potatoes for 100 chs.
