Taming The Villainesses Chapter 13.2 Discussion

I don't know which story the other reviewers have been reading, but it can't have been the same as the one I have, because the one I read was just terrible, at least up until the last chapter I read.

First off, the MC is a masochist. Literally. He gets hard from being forced to lick his master clean.

Second, his head is separate from reality. His inner monologue is all about how he's handling stuff, while in reality, he just does as he's told.

And third, the story is full of poor rationalisations and inconsistencies.

-The story starts with his master wanting to execute a minister because he asked to lower taxes, but then later on tries to portray said master as her only fault being that she lacks common sense, when she is by all accounts, a cruel and insane tyrant.

-The MC is a "good" guy stuck in the body of a bad guy, but he can't stop being a bad guy because everyone thinks he's a bad guy.

So yeah, unless you like an MC that acts like a Japanese submissive protagonist but thinks like a Chinese arrogant protagonist, then this story probably isn't for you (at least the early chapters).
