My first review in NU.Quite the gem, ended up reading MTL because I couldn't wait for releases.Breath of fresh air as the characters don't seem to be your usual stereotypes, having their own goals and desires, principles and deviancies.The MC is a bit lacking in motivation but I can understand this as he is a 'foreigner' with no relationships in another world and attempts to seek reasons for life.The romantic subplot is there, but whatever, I don't care too much.Theme of the novel seems to be understanding cultural differences and the social issues of different kinds of societies. I'm interested in where the author takes us in the future chapters.
