At first, I didn't want to check it out as the majority of novels with more than 500 chapters are just bad preferring quantity over quality. It turns out that a chapter is in reality half of a standard chapter, so it was worth a try and I read ahead because I am sucker for story where the female lead has the upper hand and helps the poor, helpless man. The female lead is very likeable, she is a s*ave but faces difficulties with strenght and perseverance slowly helping the half-dead male lead. In the first 500 chapters, the story is basically a slice of life of their life together with little drama if not for the fact that the male lead is seriously injured. Many readers may find it boring but I like it, especially the fact that it takes a long time to recuperate from serious injuries with the risk that some injuries can't be completely healed.The two leads grow together becoming affectionate and their interactions are cute and fluffly. I guess that the second part of the novel will focus on the revenge of the crown prince against those that almost killed him.
