I was put off by the negative reviews for a long time, but so glad I finally gave it a try! The story is adorable and I love both the main characters- also to everyone complaining about the ML getting the credit for the piano competitions, you weren't paying attention. The story clearly says that he just asked her to take a few piano lessons and SHE did so well he had to compete 😂. Also, in the most recent competition at one point is says that she wanted to compete but "didn't think it would be believable in her own body." So the situation is more nuanced than some reviews made it seem. EDIT: after MTL'ing ahead, who ACTUALLY wants to compete is stated even more explicitly. It's more like she has been taking advantage of him 😂
