That's it, I'm dropping this!No amount of white washing could make me like the ML. Although I know that the FL isn't so perfect and was not totally faultless. ML just really irritated me the whole time. I couldn't even fake myself rooting for him at all.At first, even though I read most of the reviews does not have a good view of the ML, I thought why not give a try? I mean, it could be perspective that the reason they might not like him. But nah! He's totally hateable.His conjuncture and misconception about FL just irritated me. I mean, on the earlier chapter it could still be acceptable since he really didn't have the best opinion of FL.I thought that maybe when he was proven wrong with his misconception about FL, he would have atleast open mind to look at FL in different perspective but boy! Did he? No!He's so full of misunderstanding of the FL's action. FL just look at this person or FL just did something different from what he knows, he'll be like 'this woman must scheming again' or something 🙄 I don't think he's capable of loving like for real, I don't think he had a heart. I felt like everything for him is just a pawn.Even the girl he chose over FL in the past life was a pawn for him. He chooses her cause she's 'perfect for a nation model' signifying that she'll be a good empress in the eyes of the people. Funny part about this is the fact that he thinks FL choose him because of his background and anything. But if I am right with the timeline, he wasn't even that significant when FL falls for him and the most ironic part is that the woman he chooses to become an empress actually was after his background. The arrogance he had was so deep-rooted in his bone.Also maybe FL was wrong for forcing herself on him in the past life. I couldn't even imagine that she was a person that comes from the future. But then, there's this detail that I don't think I have seen in any other stories yet.The fact that FL coming from the future is one of the reasons why she failed in her past life. I mean, come on, even though she's unique, people back then really really emphasize on being conservative and dignified which she actually forgets, and was always so flashy and arrogant.What I didn't like about her is the fact that she look down on her mother in the past life. Like gurl?? Coming from first century you shouldn't have atleast compassion for the same gender. I thought you came from the future? Then, where's the 'women supports women' ? You totally forgot that.I think the details of her coming from the future was added so they could justify how she's so flashy, reckless, and arrogant.Still, I hate how the ML thinks he owned FL even after life. He looks down on FL so much that it emanates from the screen. I guess, FL words of ML and her being thousands year apart isn't so false at all. ML was truly a man from the ancient times while FL was a woman at 21st century.When you think that something is your strength sometimes you overlook the fact that it could also be your weakness.Idk if I could still continue reading this but it really infuriates me right now.
