instead of creating new worlds the author has the MC run around to the worlds of popular online cultivation stories pretending to be an old grandpa and handing out gold fingers to familiar random characters. I might have enjoyed this more if I'd never read any of the stories but as it is I just see it as a major theft of other peoples creative content.

If you want to fanboy over familiar old webnovels than you'll probably like this. I don't like fanfic all that much and I would classify this as semi-fanfic at best.
