I didn't have many expectations because I had no idea who the historical figures were, but now it's become one of my favorite transmigration novels of all time!! I won't talk much about the premise since the other two reviewers have already done so.. I just want to say that this is a really heartwarming story about connections, dreams, ambitions, and the good in people, even in a chaotic world. There are a lot of characters, but each one is so unique and wonderful in their own way. My two favorites are Prince Zhao and Prince Jian :')
