The MC sucks. This is her second chance at life and she still doesn't really know what to do. She keeps going hot and cold with the ML and she knows some of his past/trauma so why play with him like this?

Also she's an 'adult' but she acts like a teen. The author keeps describing her as mature and aloof... she's none of those things.

The ML has his own issues but MC just strings him along for what.
