This story, at the very beginning, already had me shedding tears for it; not because it was such a tragic one, but because the first few chapters’ descriptions were very realistic.I don’t know much stuff about marriage, since my parents’ marriage didn’t last long enough for me to gain knowledge about it, but this short story made me know a lot about the matter; how couples go through their seven-year itch, how they communicate, and other stuff such as that. This story really warmed my heart because it made me see the other side of marriage that I hadn’t witnessed from the one my parents once had. It made me discover that, although marriage is hard, it’s something that you invest in with a lifetime-companion and something that lets you both learn from experiences and grow together, and I think that’s quite nice. The author did a great job, without a doubt, and their notes were very heart-warming that I cried more than I did for the actual chapter I was reading. Like other stories, it also has its flaws, but I didn’t really mind that much since I was just casually looking for something fluffy to read without too much drama.All-in-all, it’s a good read that doesn’t require much of your time, but it leaves something in your heart that moves you like it did with me.
