A solid Xuanhuan in my opinion.Brief synopsis:Spoiler
Wen Yun, an archmage dies in an magic related accident and wakes up in a girl's body whose Golden Core was torn out of her, thus rendering her unable to practice swordsmanship. This doesn't deter her because she finds out all the "firewood" her sect was using were high quality material to make magic wands! On her quest to make herself the best magic wand she comes across a Phoenix tree and thus starts her journey to standing on the peak of her world.
[collapse]I liked the funny sect disciples and how there were little to no female villains who solely exists to be a contrast to the FMC like many other novels have done before. All the villains were solid villains with their own motives and I appreciated that.The romance of ML and MC wasn't central to the novel but the novel managed to portray their chemistry really well.The pacing was great and the ending, though not very original (I have read similar endings before) , was implemented well.Overall it was a relaxing read.
